They responded promptly to my email and provided a reasonable estimate after receiving an explanation and photos of what needed to be done to install an electric range. An appointment was scheduled for 2 days later and the technician was there on time. Even though he ran into additional issues, he completed the job perfectly. Countertop and cabinet had to be trimmed to fit new range and had to be hard wired. I appreciate that he cleaned the space before installing the range. I have already called Morgan again for another job.
